Financial Aid Office Application Summer 2012

To receive financial aid for the Summer 2012 semester, please complete the following form and return to the Office of Student Financial Assistance, FH 108. Financial aid awards for Summer 2012 will not be available until April.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL STUDENT BORROWERS

Effective Fall 2010, Tarleton State University (Texas A&M University – Central Texas will begin participating solely in the William D. Ford Direct Loan program from the U.S. Department of Education for all Federal Subsidized, Unsubsidized guaranteed student loans, and Parent Loans for Undergraduate Students (PLUS).

All student borrowers must complete entrance counseling and complete a new master promissory note (MPN). To complete your direct loan entrance counseling and MPN, go here: studentloans.gov.

2011-12 FAFSA Available

The 2011-12 FAFSA is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The 11/12 FAFSA will allow the student to apply for aid for the Fall 2011, Spring 2012 and Summer 2012 semesters. To apply for financial aid at A&M - Central Texas, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online and use the school code: 003631. Please note the school code 003631 will be listed as Tarleton State University, Stephenville, TX, and this is the correct code for A&M-Central Texas
