Office Information

The Office of Graduate Admissions, Studies & Research is responsible for graduate students from admissions to graduation. It is the goal of the graduate studies office to provide students with support and quality service throughout their studies at Texas A&M University - Central Texas.

Transcripts Required

Effective April 1,2013, official transcripts from all colleges must be submitted prior to admissions into Graduate Studies.

Spring
April 1 - Deadline for thesis defense and submission of final committee-edited theses with committee approval signatures to the Office of Graduate Admissions, Studies and Research.
May 6 - Deadline for bindery-ready copies of theses to the Office of Graduate Admissions, Studies and Research for Spring graduation.
Summer
July 5 - Deadline for thesis defense and submission of final committee-edited theses with committee approval signatures to the Office of Graduate Admissions, Studies and Research.
July 31 - Deadline for bindery-ready copies of theses to the Office of Graduate Admissions, Studies and Research for Summer graduation.
