UNILERT

UNILERT: Emergency Warning System for Texas A&M University - Central Texas. UNILERT is an emergency notification service that gives TAMUCT the ability to communicate health and safety emergency information quickly via email and/or text message (SMS).

Students

You have been registered with UNILERT, the Emergency Notification System for TAMUCT. Do not create your own account, as this will very likely get deleted due to limits on the number of allowed accounts. Your username and password are identified below:

Username: Tarleton assigned student email address; Example: john.doe@go.tarleton.edu
Password: Tarleton assigned UID (from Ducktrax)

Please complete the following actions promptly to ensure you will receive a timely notification by text (SMS), in addition to email in the event of a crisis, emergency, or weather-related event.

  • Go to http://www.e2campus.com/my/tamuct/index.htm. Log into your account and verify that all existing information is correct.
  • Click on the Services tab. Use this tab to add personal or other cell phone number(s) and other email addresses to your account. All numbers and email addresses will be notified in the event of an emergency.
  • Click on the Account tab and create a unique password for your account.

You have the right to Opt-out of UNILERT. This can be completed by logging into your account and selecting the Account tab. Under Account Termination, select the box stating that you agree to terminate your account. Click-on Terminate Account Now.

Note: Texas HB 2758 mandates all faculty, staff, and students of any State of Texas institution of higher education be registered into an emergency notification system. Any faculty, staff or student has the right to opt-out of this required service at any time. You can get more information regarding HB 2758.

Employees

Employees are given the option of registering with UNILERT through the Human Resources department at the time of their hire. A course will be assigned to employees through TrainTraq, where they will indicate their choice.

Employees choosing to opt out must do so each year through TrainTraq. TrainTraq will assign the course to such employees for them to reaffirm their choice.

Employees who wish to sign up for UNILERT will need to create a UNILERT account. They will then set their email/text preferences.
